Do I need to make an appointment or do you take Walk-ins?
To provide you with the best service an appointment is necessary, this allow us time to set up the studio for your needs . To book your Photo Session call our studio at (325) 212-6923.

Do you have any recommendations to get ready for the pictures?
Certainly, we want to make this experience as enjoyable as possible, for tips about getting ready for your photo shots please click here. This is specially helpful if you are bringing toddlers and infants.


Is there a per person cost?

There is no per person charge. We book one hour photo sessions for groups of two or more people.

How long are the photo sessions?

Our regular sessions are 30 Minutes to one hour. Plenty of time to enjoy the photo session without being rushed. This will allow you to have a change of wardrobe if needed, and is just enough time to get you relaxed and have fun with the camera. Hourly charges are applied if you need to extend your time for personal reasons.

Does Designers Niche Studio photograph on location?

Yes, we do offer on location shoots, please make sure to specify the address and type of location while making your appointment with us.

Will I be refunded if I do not use the full hour?
No, the photo sessions are set up to provide a maximum time of one hour regardless of how soon the session is finished. This may vary from person to person, for instance baby sessions may take a little bit longer if they require a change of diaper or soothing in between photos.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my photo session appointment?

Sessions should be paid at the time of the booking and you will not be refunded session fees but you may use your studio credit and reschedule for a more convenient time.

Can we preview images immediately after the photo session? 

If time permitted, the photographer may show you some images only if you want to select specific poses, but we like to provide you with digital proofs that you can preview online and share with your family. If you have no internet access and prefer to set up some time with us to see the image preview, we’ll be glad to schedule a time for your convenience. We recommend only adults during this session to avoid interruptions.

Do you offer Gift Certificates? 

Yes, Designers Niche Photo Session makes a great gift. We offer gift certificates in the
dollar amount of your choice. Please ask about any current offer in our different packages. Photos always make a great present for birthdays, graduations, showers and more.

Can our pets be included in our family photo? 

Absolutely. We understand that pets are important members of the family. Please have your pets well groomed and on a leash or in a carrier and make sure there is a handler with them at all times.

How many images will I have to choose from? 

Although there are often over 50 images taken during one hour period, only about 15-25 images will be available for the preview after the photographer edit and retouch the originals. If special effects are required, they will be individually charge at the customer’s expenses.

How long do you keep image on file?

All images are kept on file until the first Preview appointment. The images ordered at your Preview or online will be archived for up to one year.

What are copyright regulations?

Designers Niche Photo studio owns copyright of all images and may use all images in the advertising and promotion of its business. It is unlawful to reproduce, copy or reprint images under copyright protection without the permission of the author.
Copyright of your images may be purchased and images will be provided on CD with a certificate of copyright of release. This is the best option for those who want to make multiple images and share with their loved ones.
